Aerial Cheryl is an aerial performer who has traveled around the world learning and showcasing her strength and grace in the air.
Beginning with ballet as a toddler, Cheryl has always pursued the arts passionately. With a background in dance and a passion for physical demands, she found herself falling in love with the aerial arts.
Cheryl’s primary drive as an aerialist - performing at heights of up to 80 feet on strips of fabric, a metal hoop, a rope, or a net has allowed her to find a place where she belongs. She has been pursuing these heights since 2001 when she began her aerial career flying above audiences in Orange, California. Since then her performing career has allowed her to travel around the globe and back again. During this time, Cheryl had the honor of working with a variety of talented performers and wonderful companies some of which include: lululemon athletica, The Walt Disney Company, Dreamworks Pictures, World Entertainment Productions, Aerial Effects Inc, New Image Line Entertainment, Park Equus Entertainment, Goldwell, Universal Studios, Busch Entertainment Company, Netane Productions and Odd-O-T’s Entertainment.
Cheryl also enjoys sharing her love of the aerial arts through classes and workshops. She has had the extreme pleasure to teach classes throughout Orlando including regular classes at local aerial schools. During her time there, she taught multiple levels of students on a variety of apparatuses including silks, lyra, hammock, spanish web and cube as well as workshops on performance and choreography. These classes are great for aspiring artists, team building, girls' nights, and anyone looking to improve their self confidence, upper body strength, and overall fitness.
Home base for Aerial Cheryl is in Orlando, Florida and she is available for classes, workshops and performances throughout the world.
